We are seeking a driven sales professional to manage inside and outside sales for high-end residential landscaping and hardscaping projects. This role involves prospecting new clients, conducting on-site consultations, and guiding homeowners through the design and installation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities with homeowners, builders, and designers.
Conduct in-person consultations to assess client needs and present custom outdoor solutions.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, project estimates, and contracts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay current on landscaping trends, materials, and luxury outdoor living features.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or high-end residential construction.
Strong knowledge of outdoor design, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
