The Patio Grill serves both golfers coming off the course and guests enjoying the pool area, making it a dynamic and high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven Food & Beverage professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Patio Grill, including both golfer and poolside serviceLead and motivate a small team of servers, bartenders, and support staffEnsure the highest levels of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiencyManage inventory and ordering of beverages and suppliesCollaborate with the culinary team on daily offerings and seasonal menusHandle member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionallyMaintain POS accuracy and manage daily financial reportingAssist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team membersUphold Glenwild standards for service, safety, and member satisfactionQualifications

2+ years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage rolePrivate club or resort experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsPassion for hospitality and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors and remain calm under pressureServSafe and/or food handler certifications (or ability to obtain)Why Work at Glenwild?
