A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Management Specialist

Position Type: Full Time (Contract)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Ogden, UT
As a Project Management Specialist, you will:Promote and maintain a high level of safety consciousness among employees to install/maintain a safety culture in the workforce and leadership
Work with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations related to safety and health
Perform worksite audits, inspections, and evaluations of all operations.
Assist in design reviews for new and modified facilities, processes, equipment, and tooling for safety-regulated compliance to help ensure the safety of the employees and the process.
Assist with monitoring for potential health hazards in the workplace including: Chemical, Particulate, Noise, Ventilation, Heat Stress, Ergonomic, etc. Perform Industrial Hygiene assessments for new chemicals (e.g., determine appropriate precautions and PPE requirements, etc.)
Supports and leads tasks that include, but not limited to, environmental hazardous waste management, hazardous materials handling and storage, storage tanks, air quality and site inspections of all mentioned environmental protocols.
Provide written reports and documentation to management with recommendations to proactively eliminate or reduce workplace hazards. Assist in implementation of actions given


The ideal candidate will have:Ordnance operations
Ionizing and non-Ionizing Radiation
Lasers
Occupational Safety (Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Factory Automation, Hazard Communication, Hearing Conversion, PPE)
Crane System
Floor operated Overhead
Material handling equipment (Forklifts)
Mobile elevated work platforms
Systems Safety

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $55 to $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
