Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Manager (People Operations
Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a grading system with clear expectations and
growth roadmaps
Design and execute a review process including 360 feedback and
formal evaluations
Lead the implementation of OKR frameworks and support recruitment
and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or tech
environment
Proven track record of building grading systems and performance
management processes
Familiarity with OKRs and talent development practices
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
