Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting Manager to
oversee recruitment operations and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of clinical recruitment teams and provide
coaching and support
Develop and implement recruitment action plans and monitor
recruiting metrics
Facilitate communication between recruiting teams and operational
leaders, and assist with negotiations and offers
Required Qualifications
BS in Business, Health Administration, Human Resources, or related
field
Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant recruiting
role
Experience in leading and supervising teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Proficient in generating basic Excel reports and PowerPoint
presentations
