Key Responsibilities
Leverage analytics to evaluate business performance and support
strategic planning
Oversee resource management, including budget and personnel
allocation
Lead key initiatives and projects to drive business growth and
optimize processes
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or
project management roles
At least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in a startup
or tech environment
Strong business acumen with experience in financial analysis and
strategic planning
Proficiency in business operations software and data analytics
tools
Experience managing a team and mentoring colleagues
