RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Picking/packaging product *MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 50 LBS*
Print off courier labels and place on shipments
Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
Communicate any operational/inventory issues to the Lead
Inventory inspections
Maintain standards for customer service and quality control
Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations and compliance
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
Relocate completed or defective products or materials to their designated areas, and completes appropriate documentation for inventory control
Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Assists with training new and temporary personnel
Any additional assigned by the Operations Manager


PAY AND BENEFITS:

Hourly wage of $17-$20 per hour
