Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee
the pre-construction process and maximize project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate deliverables across various teams to ensure
smooth transitions between project phases
Develop comprehensive Project Execution Plans and prepare Project
Delivery teams for successful mobilization
Innovate processes and tools to enhance project planning and
execution results
Required Qualifications
Experience in construction management within the construction
industry
Understanding of pre-construction processes and project
lifecycle
Experience facilitating training sessions and leading
cross-functional teams
Analytical skills for comparing project plans with outcomes
Field experience in utility-scale renewables is preferred
