TitleNational Accounts Sales Director - RemoteJob DescriptionThe
National Accounts Sales Director is responsible for assisting with
Prime's sales strategies and building a robust pipeline of viable
new sales opportunities that encompass direct to employer sales.
This position is also responsible for collaborating with senior
leadership and subject matter experts across the enterprise to
ideate and implement changes that create and increase
sales.ResponsibilitiesConduct ongoing business development
activities to build a pipeline of prospective sales within National
AccountsBuild and foster relationships with consultants and
prospective clients; conduct discovery meetings, and advance
awareness/understanding of Prime's value propositionDevelop
finalist meeting presentations and prepare the internal finalist
meeting attendees to present effectively and cohesively at a
finalist presentationLead the internal team to prepare the
comprehensive and accurate proposal in response to a RFPManage
internal stakeholders through the end-to-end RFP selling process;
conduct a thorough, qualitative review of the RFP to proactively
engage senior leadership, key stakeholders and subject matter
experts throughout the organization to provide insight and key
details about the prospect to best position Prime to win the
RFPAccountable direct-to-employer bid deliverables inclusive of
response to plan/consultant key questions, executive summaries, and
the timeliness and accuracy of the overall responsePartner with,
and actively engage internal counsel and cross-functional
stakeholders on contracting needs of client prospectsProvide
day-to-day work direction, mentoring and support to sales
development managers; participate in the staffing selection and
lead sales team onboarding processDocument progress with sales
opportunities and update consultant contact information in
SalesforceOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's
degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field, or
equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work
experience; HS diploma or GED required8 years of experience in
business development, business to business sales or sales
supportMust be eligible to work in the United States without need
for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional
QualificationsExcellent facilitation, presentation, and
consultation skills; demonstrated ability to distill financial or
PBM related concepts or situations into concise and compelling
messagesDemonstrated ability to evaluate and create opportunities,
develop effective selling messages, presentations and
proposalsExceptional communication and relationship development
skills both internally and externallyExceptional organizational,
project management and time management skillsKnown as a subject
matter expert in one or more areas within the industryExcellent
business development acumen, critical thinking and customer
orientation skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in
business or a related fieldExperience in Pharmacy Benefit
Management and/or Health InsuranceMinimum Physical Job

position ranges from $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 based on experience
and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant
